My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable with two beds, but the loud AC unit was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly during check-out, especially when they needed to locate my reservation on a separate computer. The location wasn't ideal as it was in an unsafe neighborhood, although it was convenient for reaching the Silver Spring area and downtown for my meetings. The dining options were alright, offering a mix of hot and cold dishes. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.

The location, despite being in an area for quite a while, is pretty close to Midtown NYC and conveniently accessible to Washington DC.
